The website registration doesn’t work. Calling the phone number doesn’t work. Using the “automated system” doesn’t work. Now I have a fax number to send my driver license and other information to and then call back in 3 days for follow up on whether or not the fax was received? What is this 1984 that a fax machine is the method of data transmission? You just stole money from the purchase of this card and clearly have zero intention to release a single penny of it.
