I have registered my card and have been unable to use online to purchase merchandise. I have tried to call the support number and there is no live person to talk to, would appreciate a response ASAP

These cards are worthless. They cause nothing but heartache. Customer service is horrible. The people are polite but each one has a different story. Somebody gave me a $100.00 card that was worthless. Since June 2023 (this is August 2023) i have been jumping through hoops to get card replaced. Buy you friends toilet paper! It has more value and purpose than these worthless cards. Our government should not allow these cards. Shame on our politicians for allowing these scans to take place!

Hi I couldn't figure out how to leave a review but this is to everyone who's having trouble I have been buying these cards for years and recently like within the past year I started having a tin of trouble. Sometimes I'd purchase a 100 dollar card for it to have no money whatsoever on it I am pretty sure so.eone either at the factory that makes them or at a stre in Cali was getting the numbers and stealing the funds. It was always a huge headache but eventually they sent me new ones to reimburse me buy it seems like ever since then it's bee. Harder to register them. They used to have it as an option on the phone but now they do not and not if you call them to do they say you have to send them proof of identity so registering them is damn near impossible after this card I just got but can't register I'm never buying anymore!!!!

your prepaid register sheet to register to card for online purchases do NOT show up lik it should, Library only use is for 30mins. ANd these newer cards don’t work like the older ones.
